Terms of service

The service

PixFortUI is a library of Framer components and custom code components. Many are free; Premium components need an active membership or a single purchase. We may add, change or remove components and features at any time.

Accounts

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for what happens under your account. Do not share your access with others. Provide accurate information and tell us if you think your account was misused.

Membership and payments

Premium membership costs $19 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Single components are one-time purchases for that component only.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles invoices, taxes and card details. We never see or store your full card number. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout.

Refunds: if something is wrong with a component or a charge, contact us through Support and we will look into it. Refund eligibility is decided case by case and under the consumer rights that apply to you.

License

What you may do with the components is described in the license and purchase terms. In short: use them in your own and your clients' projects; do not resell, redistribute or republish the components themselves.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape Premium content, overload the service, or use it to break the law or others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ownership

The components and the site belong to PixFortUI or its licensors. The license grants you use, not ownership.

No warranty and liability

The service and components are provided “as is”. We work to keep them reliable but do not promise they are error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
