Privacy policy

We collect as little as we need to run PixFortUI. This page explains what, why and who helps us.

Last updated: November 2026

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, and when you signed up.
  • Membership and purchases: which plan or components you bought, its status and dates. Card details go directly to our payment provider, never to us.
  • Messages: the name, email and message you send through the support form.
  • Usage counts: when you copy a component we add to its copy counter. To avoid double counting we keep a scrambled one-way hash of your network address and browser, which cannot be turned back into either.
  • Technical logs: basic server logs and error reports needed to keep the service running.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver what you bought, take payments, answer your messages, prevent abuse and improve the library.

Who helps us

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
  • Polar: payments, invoices and taxes, as merchant of record.
  • Resend: sending sign-in emails and delivering support messages.
  • Our hosting provider: serving the website.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above to run the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as long as needed for tax and accounting. Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, through the support form. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including to complain to a data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change; the date above shows the latest version.
